Here's how you can bypass the font problem by using illustrator. Type everthing you need in the kind of family font you want. -- You should work on a copy of your document --

Select ALL the types



go to the "TYPE" menu , than choose the "Create Outlines" function



Here you are, everything is in vectorial, no need to bring your fonts.
